House of 4Queens ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it. It applies to houseof4queens.com and our related services.
Information we collect
- Account & order data: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, and order history. - Payment data: we do not store card numbers or CVV. Payments are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant gateway (Razorpay); we store only a payment reference and status. - Virtual Try-On / Colour Match images: photos you provide are processed transiently to render the try-on and are never stored on our servers beyond a short-lived session (auto-deleted within minutes). We strip EXIF/location metadata from uploaded images before processing. - Usage data: device, pages viewed, and similar analytics to improve the store.
How we use your data
We use your data to fulfil orders, process payments and refunds, provide customer support, meet legal and tax obligations, and — with your consent — send marketing. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (payment gateway, logistics, email/SMS) and where required by law. These providers are bound to protect your data.
Data retention
Financial and tax records (orders, invoices, payment records) are retained for 8 years as required by Indian law. Other personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights (DPDPA)
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data. On erasure we pseudonymize your account and delete non-essential personal data, but we must retain financial records under our legal obligations. To exercise a right, contact us (see the Contact page).
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable processors. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
