Where we ship
We currently ship across India, with international shipping to select destinations.
Charges
- Domestic shipping: ₹49 per order. - Free shipping on domestic orders over ₹999. - International shipping: ₹499 per order (duties/taxes at destination, if any, are the customer's responsibility).
Applicable charges are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery times
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- International delivery times vary by destination.
Made-to-order or customised pieces may need additional time; we'll indicate this at the product or in your order confirmation.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll share a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also use the Track Order page with your order details.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible domestic orders up to our current COD limit, subject to a small surcharge shown at checkout.
Delays
We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control, but we'll help you follow up on any stuck shipment.
